After all the rain we have been having we have just had the most gorgeous weekend...upper 70s, breezy, sunshiney - I love southern CA! We have had a great laid back weekend with lots of sleeping in and naps! This morning daddy woke up first (for possibly the first time in Scott's life!) and thought he would be fun and set up a big bed in the family room and turned on cartoons so when Scott and I woke up it was sunday morning cartoons and breakfast in bed - mommy and daddy watched more cartoons than Scott did (he watched for about 5 mins and then played with toys and the vacuum cleaner) but it was really fun. Then we packed up and went for a long walk and to the park to enjoy the gorgeous weather! After an hour or so at the park, including sandbox, swings and some soccer practice - see pictures above, we went to pick up our Omaha Steaks (its coupon time again....BEST.DEAL.EVER!) but they don't open until noon on sundays so we had an early lunch at corner bakery and got to sit outside by the fountain! Now for some football and fingers crossed for a nap for Scotty P!
