Today we tried our first sport...T-ball, in the back yard! Scott was super excited when he first saw the T-ball set in the living room. When we moved outside (next to the pool) he was less excited about learning the game and more interested in swimming. Who can blame the kid...it is 100+ degrees here..."Pooooool, puuuulease!!!!"
Ok, ok, so then we tried out the new floaty device...it was pretty fun and Scott warmed up to the idea of kicking back and forth on his own (sort of, we were holding on still) rather quickly.
Piggy back rides in the pool are oh-so-fun!!!

After the pool we had another session of batting practice...
And Scott hit his first home run! (Did you expect that I wouldn't call any hit a home run....come on...this kid is going to have really high expectations when he finally starts a sport...."what do you mean that wasn't a home run coach, my mom told me EVERYTHING was a home run!")
Happy 4th of July weekend friends and fams! Celebrate hard and be safe! Looking forward to quality time with some amazing friends this weekend!
