At the end of July our family had to say goodbye to Charlie. He lived an amazing, healthy life and it wasn't til the end when things got hard and uncomfortable for him. Brian and I always said we didn't ever want him to suffer and so we had to make the difficult decision to let him go when his health started really deteriorating.
He was hands down the best dog any of us have ever known. He has been deeply missed by our whole family this last month.
The week before we lost him I made sure to get a few good pictures of the boys giving him lots of love.
And just for the fun memories some sweet pictures of our fur baby memories through the years. He's been with us for 4 houses, marriage, two babies (which he was present for both births!), camping trips, beach trips, kid firsts - all of it.
Our home and our hearts a little emptier without him!
